We will plan out healthy meals with the proper portion sizes to help you achieve your fitness goals in the minimum possible time. You can bulk up, cut up, or just maintain your weight with a very simple and healthy nutritional plan all tailor made to suit you, your lifestyle and your goals.

Personal Fitness Schedule

Whether you simply want to lose fat, gain muscle or be healthy – or you want to work on a specific sport or combination of goals we will tailor make a fitness plan that meets your needs. We will work with you to find an appropriate training volume, intensity, and frequency, and will select exercises and progressions to get you where you’re going in the healthiest manner possible.

One On One Personal Training (Local Clients Only)

We'll knock it out together if you're local. I'll stand by your side, motivate you, work with you and push you to your physical limits to ensure you meet your goals. I'll do the assessment, set the goals and we'll get there together. There's no faster way to reach your fitness goals than when I'm by your side and hold you accountable within arms reach. Together, we can do this!

My name is Benjamin Coffey and with over twenty years of experience and education in the fitness industry I believe that we can help you realize your self worth and become the absolute best that you can be. With several years of weight training and nutritional discipline, it is my pleasure to help others achieve their goals in the fastest most effective manner possible. With consistent, persistent dedication, you and your family can do the same. I am a firm believer in the value of time. We never know how much time we have left, and we never get back time that we have wasted. With that being said why not take advantage of your time and dedicate some energy to yourself and become better at anything you choose to do by improving the way you feel. Who you are, who you want to be and who you think you are is one of the driving forces behind our business. Which in turn relates to our name, Trinity. Through consistent nutritional guidance and persistence in your personalized exercise program we are very confident that we can help you realize who you are and become your best self that you can be. After you complete your health history form we will schedule a time to consult concerning your daily work/life schedule. Getting fast, very realistic, and positive results is all a matter of timing when it comes to improving yourself. Whether you are a competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter, or someone who just wants to drop a few pounds and tighten up your body, we can and will help you succeed. Your exercise routine will be very detailed and consistent based on what your current life schedule is. When I was first referred to Ben Coffey by my chiropractor, I had no idea how it would change my quality of life. I had not been able to make any progress even though I was working hard for years to do so. Ben's intuition and sensitivity to my problems helped me to trust his direction.
